We're still in negotiations for the room rates and meals (Darrell, that's why there's no booking info in the "reservations computer"). Will be meeting with the people this week, hopefully to finalize contracts.

Bill,
I tried this afternoon to make our reservation under the "Leong Family"
and was told there was no listing and no group rates available. Was the
group rate under a different name? I didn't call the hotel directly,
but the toll free general Hyatt Hotel reservation telephone number.
Please advise.
